About the event

Low-grade ores, minerals, industrial side streams and urban mining provide an opportunity to extend the raw material supply. The age of cheap abundant materials is over. Extracting metals and other materials from waste is more cost effective than extraction from virgin-mined materials. However, separation and recovery of the valuable materials from waste is not without its challenges.

The expert forum focuses on solving these challenges through the development of advanced separation and purification solutions. The oral sessions include on-going projects, new ideas and industry challenges
