Project Idea Competition 2019

EIT RawMaterials with its Regional Center Leoben organizes a project contest aiming to identify and support the best ideas from researchers, professionals and start-ups, with a potential impact in the Raw Materials Value Chain and the sustainable use of raw materials resources

To enter the competition, submit your idea of sustainable resource use that can make an impact in the raw materials sector. The top competitors will be invited to present their ideas to a wide audience at the 11TH ESEE Dialogue Conference in Zagreb, with the chance to win one of three prizes and the unique opportunity to network with the world’s largest community in the raw materials sector.

Which topics are relevant? The 2019 Project Idea Competition covers two thematic categories:

EIT RawMaterials supports new solutions in the fields of mining, and processing of primary and secondary raw materials (metals and minerals) as well as their manufacturing into products, recycling, and integration into a Circular Economy (including design and manufacturing of tools and equipment, smart products and services, end-of-life product management).
