The main objective of the EIT is to improve sustainable growth and competitiveness in Europe by improving the innovation capacity of the EU Member States. The Slovak Republic still belongs to countries whose innovation potential in small and medium-sized enterprises is relatively low. The intent of the HUB Center in Košice is to be closer to relevant actors in Slovakia and to give them opportunities to implement innovation.
